I/O, I/O... It's Wireless to PLC I Go
What do you do when you simply need additional I/O points to connect in a wireless fashion to a single PLC? The answer used to be using two PLC’s and use the RF modems to have one of the PLC’s act as a “wireless I/O node” and send the I/O information back to the primary PLC. This means two PLC’s and two PLC programs along with the two RF modems. Today we have a simpler, less expensive, single PLC answer.   (more)
