Kendall Electric provides a service through Allen-Bradley to have those challenging spares repaired. All you need to do is call us and tell us you have an item you want repaired. We will pick it up, package it for you then send it in for an estimate. While you wait for the estimate, the option for an immediate replacement is available.

We will then contact you with the repair charge estimate for your approval. If you approve, then issue us a purchase order, we have it repaired and returned to you.

The main benefit of this program is the quality of the repair. In fact each of the items are not just "repaired", they are remanufactured! That means that each item will be returned to our customers in "as good as new condition". To remanufacture, Allen-Bradley replaces all marginal components, not just the ones that failed. Then each board is fully tested and returned. If appropriate, the boards are even brought up to the current series and rev levels. To underscore the quality of the remanufacturing process, Allen-Bradley will warrantee each item for a full year.
