About Our Internship Program
Our 12-week paid summer internship program provides hands-on experience and significant projects that are beneficial to both The Kendall Group and our interns. Throughout the internship, you will have a dedicated coach for one-on-one mentorship and opportunities to network with industry professionals.

Full-time and in-person
Program Includes:
In-person orientation in Portage, MI
One-on-one mentorship meetings with a dedicated coach
Introductions to all seven of our business divisions
Regular check-ins with our Talent Development team
