Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

The Kendall Group is a 100% Employee-Owned company through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

An ESOP is a qualified retirement plan where our Owner-Associates accumulate shares of the company over time that are held in an ESOP Trust. Unlike a 401(k) plan, Owner-Associates do not contribute their own money to the ESOP; The Kendall Group makes all contributions. Annual contributions are made based on the company’s profits for the year. The ESOP enables our Owner-Associates to benefit from The Kendall Group’s financial growth and success.

Medical, Dental, and Vision

The Kendall Group strives to offer plans that best suit the needs of our Owner-Associates and their families at an affordable cost. We offer full-time Owner-Associates medical, dental, and vision benefits. Owner-Associates can choose between multiple medical plans, including a Health Savings Account (HSA) with an employer contribution.


Kendall offers a 401(k) plan to all Owner-Associates and matches a portion of the Owner-Associate’s contribution.

Employee Assistance Program

Kendall offers many programs to our Owner-Associates and their dependents, such as Wellbeing programs, Mental Health and Substance Use resources, Legal Assistance & Financial Resources, Will Preparation Services, Identity Theft Assistance, and Dependent and Elder Care Resources.

Paid Time Off and Holidays

Kendall offers generous paid time off that can be used at the discretion of each Owner-Associate for vacation, sick, or personal time. We also observe eight paid holidays throughout the year.

Training and Career Development

The skills and knowledge of our Owner-Associates directly impact the success of our organization. We provide ongoing training and opportunities for career development and advancement. The Kendall Group also offers our Owner-Associates education assistance to further their education.

Community Involvement

We believe in being active participants in our local communities. Our Owner-Associates can give back in the following ways:

Charitable Giving Day—Kendall will compensate an Owner-Associate for 8 hours of time donated to a charitable organization.

Discretionary Giving Program—Kendall will donate funds to an organization or event in a community at the request of our Owner-Associate.

Matching Gift Program—Kendall will match Owner-Associate donations to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of their choice.
